is not that easy to get 100/100 fragments for players who dont invest any money and just start the game , you dont get enought points from the events and tournaments for this fragmens and when it end you end like me 60/100 fragment even if i try like hell to get all this fragments , but thx to some ppls who pay for this game and get about all fragments in one day, for example if you are already have acces to the loot 6* and you make event for loot you hit it easy , but somebody like me or others have only acces to the max 4* gear or some-time 5-6* star but only about 1% chance to get 5-6* gear so when i want all fragments for 100/100 i need to spend about 10000 energy in 3-5 day and that is only for pay to win players 

Plarium said extra fragments may be available in the future, which can mean anything between waiting till tomorrow and for eternity.

In my experience you need to be around stage 15 in all dungeons to finish events without spending money and too many gems. It's also wise to prepare for the event: collect some shards, including green ones, and have gems in case you need more energy for some tournament, 500 should be enough.

Ignore fragment events until you are at leat at level 13 in all dungeons, work on getting there instead.

They did say there will be a "return" event in the future that the event will be redone, how far is it in the future? Nobody knows...

I honestly think they didn't think through on the "leftover" fragments, and what to do with them, I currently am on 80 of the Elegaius fragments, I don't mind really since I didn't really push through the events, it would be nice if I could exchange those fragments for some lesser prize.

Yeah, at least lets sell somewhere all this fragments..
