so my Vrask is at 109% crit rate... but there's seem like there are time that his hit is not doing a critical, around like 1-2% of the time
so how do they actually count crit rate? Or is there a condition that prevent a critical from proc-ing?

If I remember it correctly, it will have 35% chance to land weak hit. So your Vrask will only have 65% chance to critical hits on Magic affinity.Okay, Thank you very much!
You only need 85%, over 85% is a waste.
Neutral affinity: 15% crit rate by default, only need 85% more.
Strong affinity: 30% crit rate by default, only need 70% more.
Weak affinity: 35% weak hit, locked. only 65% available.

Blame it on the rolls... Want to get just that 85% from artifacts + masteries, but got an extra 9%
The other artifacts just don't fit or don't get to add to 85%
