Can someone explain to me why is not even one key same on cb? Its always difference between keys 1-2 m up or down. Why is cb not "stable"?

damage rolls... because your hit is not "stable". Everytime your hero does an attack there's a roll on how much the damage would be.
It's something like DnD thing...

The exact build of your team will also play a role in how stable the result is. Mainly on the accuracy side - if your champions putting key debuffs have an accuracy that is high enough to put their debuff sometimes, but not high enough to put it virtually always, then you can see big differences in total damage depending on how lucky they were with the debuff. If they all have high enough accuracy, they will only very rarely be unlucky to miss the debuff and damage output should be more stable.
And then there's warmaster/giantslayer procs, those are also RNG and make up a big share of your total damage.

Ty for answers . My champs got high enough acc, speed and putting debuffs , you can not put more than 10 anyway. So part is true but also clan boss is not stable.

1-2 million is very little difference. I vary about 5M on UNM with main acct, 13 to 18. On alt the % is very drastic, it can be as low as 3.5 or as high as 7.5. I have questionable ACC on alt though, and 1 in relentless so rng all over the place.
