They sent compensations to people. They usually do it when there is an update. This time, while others got the compensation in my clan, I didn't receive anything. And this time unlike before, I really got screwed by the game latency and instability that happens around update time. 

My clan decided a few days ago that the next time plarium gives a compensation we shall use the extra key on unm to get a down. So some started hitting cb and asked why others weren't doing it. It's when we realized not everybody got the compensation, wich wouldn't be so strange if I actually didn't actually lose 2 keys the day before due to server issues.

yeah plarium definitely not good at following up support tickets for when keys vanish or game has tech issue and crashes - see ya later key and no damage recorded at least the new patch will stop that with key not being removed until end of fight
