Absolutely. Relickeeper is only a bit above average - he does hit hard and has force affinity, but only single target. Madame Serris is a god tier epic considered better than many legendaries and used by plenty of people even in platinum tier.

Though sooner or later you'll need to go for Relickeeper anyway for the progress missions.

I think your Arena team would be the following:

High Khatun ----> Gorgorab ----> Madam Serris ----> FuShan

High Khatun ------------------> Crazy Fast - 6x Speed - Best Speed Rolls

Gorgorab ----------------------> 2x Immortal 4x Speed

Madam Serris ----------------> 4x Shield 2x Speed

Fushan ------------------------> All Damage

Get High Khatun to level 50

Get Madam Serris to level 60 - You need her level 60 to unlock the Banner Slot - ACC Banner
