So basically Kael could help my dungeons and CB.
Bellower could help my dungeons and campaign.
Cillian could help my pvp and dungeons. (maybe even CB with 2 hit A1 prob not)
If this is your first 6*, then consider Belower as priority. Fast and reliable farmer can make you life easier.
Kael can do the job as well.
Your first 6 star should really be a campaign farmer so you can level up future 6 stars faster - so Kael or Bellower in your case. Cillian should of course become level 60 eventually, but not the top priority - for one thing, all his attacks are single target.

I say go with Bellower.
The reason why is to improve your Campaign Farming + Stall for more time.
You see Bellower is a long term hero which you can use the rest of your Raiding Career.
Players with 50 Legendary heroes + 5 mil player power still use Bellower as there Permanent Campaign Farmer.
I wish to make 1 thing very clear:
Kael is a great hero!
My starter was Kael.
I leveled my Kael to level 60.
I put skill books in my Kael.
I fully mastered my Kael.
I have no regrets!
But your situation is different vs. me.
I didn't own any Legendries when I made my Kael to level 60.
I didn't own Bellower when I made my Kael to level 60.
Kael was my very best & only champion.
I had no alternative heroes to level to 60 at the time.
Every other option I had was not viable.
So yeah
definitely noted bellower is up there for sure.
Maybe elaborate on why you are not conviced? What are your doubts about.
I agree with the other answers that the wisest is to focus on campaign farmer first. Bellower is abit hard on gear requirements from what the content creators say, but he is certainly viable for some end-game. And if you cant get him to runs below 10 secons due to gear requirement there is a trick to make him go two turns before enemies acts and then the runs would maybe be 20 seconds. Still very reasonable. You will have to farm campaign alot and doing it in 20 seconds instead of 60 seconds will help you a great deal.
Bellower is viable both for campaign and for waves if you put him in stun-gear. Also with the new rare tournaments he will be useful there.
I will just add that both bellower and kael can help you in pvp aswell as Cillian. I would even argue that they are much easier to get value from in pvp since they can AOE. To me it seems much harder to get value out of cillian in pvp, since he dont fit the easiest strategy to build - nuking.
Bellower is also amazing for cc in pvp given the before mentioned stun-set.
About Cillian I would add im just not convinced of his skill-kit. He does not seem viable to me in any area of the current game - except progress on fire knigth. Unless you have alot of excess legendary books I would not waste books on him. Without books his kit looks alot worse. He actually only seem good if the enemy team only have one dangerous champion, in which case I would probaly rather bring a hard-hitter to kill that champion. My advice is dont invest in him this early, he will slow your progress down.

Is bellower more than a farmer after mid-game?Probably as part of some rare only team for that new tournsment thing. But his usefulness after certain point is questionable, I think. Full AoE champion is not bad idea, but most people at that time have better solution. My point is - you can get most of it if you have him and use him early on.

yeah i refuse to spend on this game, especially considering those prices.
I do have 5 90s now for a decent arena team for now and hybrid clan boss and dungeon

Skullcrown, Queen Eva, or somebody like that. He's not a Coldheart or an Apothecary, who you truly might use all the way to the end.
But now that Doom Tower is coming out (which is why I bother to necro this post), you just never know. I never ate my Bellower, even though I've eaten many copies of him, because there's always a potential Secret Room or something that will be perfect for him. This very weekend, for example, there's a Dragon Tournament that requires Gaellen Pact champions--so he could be good for that.

What your saying isn't completely true.
Players use Bellower as an End Game Campaign Farmer.
Bellower can farm just as fast as Skullcrown & Queen Eva.

Elhain (I have two Elhain's) for me this is the best Champion to have.
One of my friends has 3 Elhain's and I am jealous.
Another of my friend has 3 Kael's, again a good set to have.

i dont see the hype with bellower his damage multiplier is so low.
i think he tops out at 850 atk or something terrible like that.
i experimented with him and have opted to leave him at 50
If you haven't made your Sepulcher Sentinel a *6 yet, I would recommend that you consider doing that when resources will permit you to do it. She will help you a lot with her Increase DEF and Block Debuffs.
