How long does a game live without a host?
Installed the game on the phone but it was stolen. Not tied the game to Facebook and Plarium. Interesting, how much the profile will live on the server?

If you do not connect to fb or plarium Id your game lives only on your device. You cannot start over on new device without one of those 2 connections (possibly only plarium id to continue on another device).
With that said I would say: your profile is not on the server at all ....
