The limit for champion storage is 100 atm (they'll change it in the next patches), but you can increase your vault to 200.

Yeah I looked a little closer, and the guy only has 100. Hopefully that and the artifact slots will be increased in the near future.

Please keep in mind that what makes a game fun is not endless restrictions and costs. Essentially forcing players to play in the Arena, limiting energy, limiting slots - it just ruins the game playing part of a game. You might want to consider throwing out all these needless restrictions. And the Progress Missions shouldn't have any arena based goals.
