Major issues

So I'm having a major problem, support would normally answer any of my requests within 48 hours, some of the answers seemed sub par or just a generic response, but most of the time an issue would be resolved. Now my big problem is I've sent a ticket into them bringing up an issue of not honouring in full a pack I brought and only giving me half of it, but to make matters worse they have breached consumer acts of the purchase of digital products and the fair trading act of purchases of digital products, they will now not reply to my ticket to resolve these issues. I'm hoping this will bring to their attention than serious matters like this shouldn't be ignored. I do enjoy playing this game yet when their support has a serious issue to deal with it gets swept under a rug and they think it'll go away. If you want to leave a negative response then feel free , I'm just letting people know what's happening to alot of us beta players.

Yeah it's happened to me too.. now I cant access support.. they dont want my tickets, they dont wanma even know about it... they dont care, they will most likely do nothing

So, if that's the case what do we do? I still want to drop coin but not if our peeps genuine concerns are being ignored.

I've stopped spending until they can actually give a personal response to this issue, as for the pack I mentioned that they would only give me half of it. Their first response was that they'd made a mistake with the pack and pretty much too bad, even though I brought the pack as it was advertised.

I've had similar issues before, and have been waiting for a response on my current ticket for over a week and a half. The launch of the game recently has netted them a huge host of new players, in large part because of beta players like us giving the game rave reviews and for being patient throughout its infancy, and yet now the entire game is geared towards making great deals and purchase options for the new players to "catch up" to us. Plarium, we just ask that you invest the time into the concerns of your veteran players that we have invested into your game. Seems fair right

Hello guys! I am sorry you have bumped into this. We do our best to process incoming requests as soon as possible, it is just that, with the hard launch and everything, we have been kind of swamped the last couple of weeks. Please let me know the IDs of your tickets so that I could check their status?

607646 is the ticket number I'm relating this most recent post to. But there are a number of others that have been blatantly ignored

Mine are all through in game support so not sure what ticket number is but I have 3 open tickets and 3 or 4 closed with no real response and most of it ignored that have been closed

It would be real nice to be able to access support page.. I have actual game issues I'd like to address but the page wont even load.. what do I do? Have I been banned from support because u didnt like my feedback? It's just feedback, if u dont like it change something dont ban the players.. try fixing the problem

Wow still waiting after responding straight away with the number for the ticket to community manager about the issue/ticket I'm referring to. Are we all just going to be ignore on serious matters going on involving this game.

Welp if that's the case, then me and my friends will immediately stop playing this game. These developers just made a quick money grab game. They launched half game and stealing money from their player, this is horrible! 

No wonder why gaming companies make P2W game.

Community managers do not work on the weekend, hence you received no response here. I have, however, checked up with Support and can see that your ticket was responded to the next day after receiving it.

I checked through all my emails and junk and deleted messages, the only email I received from palrium that next day after I sent the ticket was "please rate our support" in relation to another ticket. I've sent the ticket through again anyways, let hope they reply the next day like they said they have already.
