Yes i have faced the same thing. I don't know if bot havens are training unit as well or someone is reinforcing them to earn PVP.

To me, i think these are bot havens training troops so that they can sell to players for defense just as resources.

Why would plarium do that?

Bot's are active and they can train troops if want. and we are not sure if it is not a player because many do so.

I often do this to get PVP points.

could be both only way to tell is your bot you attack active? then yus the troops in it could be trained troops, but most of the bots i have seen including the actives do not make troops, I think it's a set up by someone who normally claims that bot as theirs..

One way to find out, right after hitting a bot put troops in it, see whom his hitting it, stay on it and keep adding troops as reinforcements

i doubt these bots are making troops, but then maybe you found the needle in the hay 

but he already told you that other players do not have time to send reinforcements- he recalls his siege and sends a raid

Of course these active bots are building troops - how else would they be getting Defense Points???

My suggestion is then turn them in

get these level 61 bots banned then you wont have any issues with defense in them or offense unless added by another player...............

The question which nobody seems to be asking is why are these bots allowed to remain active? Plarium know that they exist, yet do nothing
