Ahoy Captain! Ye know, Matey, Pirates cannot trust anyone. One fine day I asked me Parrot to keep watch over the cargo, wheat and sugar, in particular. And what do ye think? This scurvy bird had eaten 2 sacks with corn and gambled away all sugar.
Of course, I forgave him.
P.S. Now I have a new hat with a parrot's feather in it. Do not worry, me parrot is as sound as a bell. Bald but still happy.

What exactly does a mod do? How can one become a mod and are there rules? Curiosity.... hopefully doesn't kill the Rat.

Yes there are rules which can be found here. MOD duty is to answer the tickets, check assigned forums multiple times a day(maybe less or more as per forum activity) check if there is any rule breaking than issue warnings & bans as per provided guidelines :)
