When they switched to new server I lost my haven and was started at lvl 1. Anyone else with this problem

Not sure how it happened but I had a new game added. I found my old one, I'm all set now.

Our (Kabamians') havens are now on "The Golden Coast". "The Pirate Bay", that we're used to, is the original map of the Plarium platform.
If that's not the source of your problems, please contact the Support.

Crowbar is right, please ensure you entered the correct server and if so you do need to contact support to fix the issue. btw I do hope you took screenshots of your accounts as this will help prove your status.
