Not sure when that went wrong, but as far as I remember there were also state changes sent in chat.
Nowadays only war and challenges will be sent.
It would be nice to see all changes again, if you set the check for it.

I got a reply. You are supposed to get these notifications. If you're not, please raise a Support ticket so they can check your account.

It seems to me that this bug has again been released... no messages besides war and challenges. I did not change anything at my settings.
