It seems that there is an issue with this, not just for you. It's being investigated, so please do stay in touch with the Support. They'll help you when they and devs find a way to do so.

It's been reported that, for some players, it helped to switch the internet connection. If you have an alternative way to connect (like switching from home wifi to phone data via hotspot), please try that and see if it helps for now.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on a clunky old computer with windows 8 numerous times and it worked fine.

The past month or so the game doesn't load and had poor game play with lag, incomplete graphics, non responsive commands, etc.

I have a newer computer now that meets minimum requirements and more.

I have sent everything to support that they have asked for. I just think that the issue should be taken care of a bit more quickly.

Sorry to hear that. All I know is that they are trying to figure it out. When it's many players, like in this case, they usually take it seriously. But it might be a convoluted problem and take a while to solve.

If the computer is a laptop, maybe go to a coffee shop, or use a friend's wifi,... just to install it and get it working.

I am sorry, but I don't have anything else that we can try, nor do I have a way to help devs and Support find a solution more quickly.

IMO, your best chance is to try to find a way to install it in some way as suggested above. Waiting for Plarium can take time, espceially with a convoluted problem like this one.
