"Ranking data not found" appears when you navigate between tabs on any Event with brotherhood points


Hello Plarium,

Platform: FB

When you go at Events and enter at any Event with brotherhood points, you see this visual bug.


Please check this example:

1. Tab "Fame", it look ok...

2. Tab "Brotherhood", look not ok but sometimes load ok if you navigate between the tabs repeatly, well...

3. When you back to "Fame" tab, now you see this:

It's suposse to show like showed at 1., but for some reason it never shows until you refresh the game.


Can you please fix this?

This is a very old one. It happens quite randomly and sometimes goes away if you click between the tabs. I'll remind them of it.

Yes yes, you are talking about the 2. but please check/report also the 3., this one is recently after the last update of 11-Jun-2019.

yep this one has been a pox for years.   Just keep bouncing between all three tabs.  Eventually the other two will display.


and yes I've had it happen on both fame and bh participation menus in the past and not just limited to the BH points tab.

What I do, fast click tween the last two tabs, back and forth and after 20 or so tries, the info shows up.

Thanks for your report. Please let me know if the info gets updated on its own after some time, for example, 10-15 seconds.
It never updates. Just the error, "no data found" and it is working it's way into other areas of the tourney stats now.

It never updates, please consider here there are 2 visual bugs, check the 1° post, the points 2. and 3., the point 2. is about Brotherhood tab, yes waiting and/or change between the tabs many times can "fix" it, BUT the point 3. is about Fame tab, this one NEVER update, even if you change between tabs 1000 times or wait 1000 seconds, you MUST refresh the game to get the info. Please check the point 3. related to Fame tab.

Hello,

I know this is an minor old visual bug but it would be good to be fixed, at least the last one (3.) what is appeared after that update mentioned, thank you in advance.

PD: I see the images have been deleted or moved and don't appears correctly, happily i saved all my images... yes even after years 🤓 i am going to update so any can understand the visual bugs mentioned.
