SENT A RAID ON A TI (OVER 10,000 JUGGS), SHOWED THE TROOPS COMING BACK, BUT CANNOT FIND THEM ANYWHERE IN THE HAVEN, NOR ANYWHERE ELSE. HAVE RELOADED THE GAME A FEW TIMES. THE LOSS OF THESE TROOPS WOULD FORCE ME TO QUIT THE GAME

Ah, that's good, because there is a ticket for that.
After you file a ticket, try to check the game whenever you can (or have a friend check). The units from a TI attack do not auto-turtle and I'd expect them to end up exposed after the Support team unstucks them.
A word of advice for the future: never attack TIs. Send a capture with a single Bonnie instead (or several Bonnies, in case of ruby coves). That way, your off will auto-turtle and you won't risk losing it.
this situation has happened to me b4 and it was fixed by support. It also happened when I sent resources to the haven I was attacking and both the fleet and the gallions wound up in the twilight zone til support fixed the issue. did cause me to not have gallions til it got resolved.
