This one is easy to answer.
OB Tourney points are only awarded if you attack ANOTHER CLANS obelisk (level 1 to 5). Attacking an obelisk held by the Ice Queen does not grant points except for XP.
There are plenty of tagrets on the map, simply check the SBG website :)
