OK now Im seeing this problem all over the place. Many complaints. Plarium support simply sucks. Ive tried their several suggestions and other web sugestions---nothing works. Im going down in rank not being able to play.

Yeah sometimes when they do an update it can cause your version to crash. Doing a freah clean install (completely removing the application and reinstalling) usually fixes the problem.
