Need an answer - Please read

Where do I go to look at my bank offer purchase's ? Is there a statement section ?  Plarium support told me to look at what I've purchased , thats it ..  But Where ?  I dont get email's for it or anything .

Thanks for any help with this.

Yes there is , or was .

I am surprised they didn't give you more informatiom. It is,or was mentioned on the forum, but unless its been fixed,the search function disappeared recently.

I just scrolled back after posting, the search box is  back...

Thanks -- I looked and the one post said there is no way to see purchase history in game.

There is no way ... you should have a payment record from whatever company you used to pay but there is no record of what you bought.  I always take a screenshot before I buy a pack so I know what I was supposed to get.  I also record what I had before I bought to make sure I got what I ordered. I have never got just part of pack.

  1. The date of purchasing the bank offer;
  2. The name of the application in which you purchased the Offer;
  3. The amount of payment.

There NEEDS to be a purchase history in each account. I don't know how Android and PC players are affected, but I know that iOS users, like myself, are not always capable of finding the correct receipts. I have two family groups with several family members and my own alternate Apple ID, all with their own accounts in this game, and all connected to my card for in app purchases... Not only does it take up to a week to get a receipt from Apple, but the purchases are all lumped together with absolutely no identifying information as to who purchased what on which device for whatever Vikings account they happened to be using. It's a mess every time there's an error, which happens far too often. After my last failed round with support that cost me both money and weeks of precious time due to ridiculous "the receipt you sent is not for this account" responses and eventually yielding no resolution, I figure the only thing to do in the future instead of playing email tag with Plarium just to reach dead ends, I'll have to have Apple refund ALL purchases for at least a week leading up to the day someone notices a problem which could actually be a 4 digit number at times. I love and appreciate finding a game that we all enjoy, and it's great knowing that I have introduced my family to something that requires a more brain power than candy crush and thanks to their developing addictions to Vikings-my spending habits have been vindicated! ;) So, I would rather not go through any of that. I'd much rather be able to work with Plarium to fix these inevitable issues and actually benefit from purchases made, but it's not possible without having access to purchase history in our Vikings accounts.

Come now ... if you go to the store because of a problem they want a receipt ... I have 3 accounts ... I do what I need to to adequately document my purchases ... people should do that with all their purchases, online and not online ...

Actually..Many stores don't require a receipt because customers have loyalty accounts and purchases can be looked up online. Having an account usually means having account history! 

 It doesn't matter how detailed our self-made records get, and they ARE detailed - I am not made of money and can't fund 8 accounts between four people making purchases willy nilly. The fact is that the Apple receipts all come to me and Apple doesn't separate them according to which Vikings account a purchase was for. In fact, a single transaction ID covers anything in that group and can include purchases from several different apps. They don't separate them based on the device used and they don't even include the date the purchase was initiated, only the date it was finally processed which, like I said, could mean up to a week's worth of purchases between multiple accounts showing up on a single receipt. Plarium is the only entity involved that actually has access to that information, our else they wouldn't try to say the accounts don't match the receipts... Which, I will add, means that having to send them the receipt in the first place is really just a serious waste of time. They can see account purchase history and activity and we should be able to view it as well.

I have all of my records - always do what you do for the most part . My issue was that I purchased a bank offer but didnt receive anything from that offer . When I contacted support, they told me to look at what I had purchased . Thats it . Was not sure what they meant by that, my records , their records, google records, and so on . So I thought well I will do that but , is there a place to do that through plarium and the game as well. Thats why I asked the question, so I could look at all bases. .. Its all good , My records show that my bank paid no money out for this purchase from plarium. So the games bank offers had a glitch and didnt go through. I wish I would have taken a screenshot of the bank offer saying success of my purchase - cuz I was not charged for it , yet at the same time, I didnt receive the offer either. So it worked out. . Plarium needs to look into this before we all start getting free offers.

ok ... good that you were not charged for something you didn't get ... one time I was charged and did not get anything of what I purchased and when I sent them my purchase statement they did credit me what I had bought ...
