Can't log in. Help!

I was able to log into my account this morning on my phone with no problem. There had been a recent maintenance update, which was normal. However, later this morning until now, it will only load until 90% and then tell me the connection has been lost. My phone shows maximum 4G bars, so that isn't the problem.


I don't want to delete/reinstall the app and risk losing everything I've done. I've already cleared my cache and re-started my phone a few times. I also know that my shield will be coming down in a few hours and all my resources may be pillaged, especially troublesome with a cvc coming up. What can the problem be?

Please note when you login the game, the data is loaded into your phone memory - that's the game working principle. App updates take up space in your device memory. After downloading an update, check how much available memory is left in the internal storage of your smartphone or tablet.

If the free space runs out, try to clear the cache of the game and other apps. If the game has been downloaded to the memory card, move it to your device's main memory.

You can also reinstall the application. Before doing so, check if the game is synchronized with Facebook, Google Play, or Game Center to not lose access to your account.

Well, I Can't log in. Neither of my 2 accounts. Cache cleared,  reinstalled, left overnight.
