Actually..Many stores don't require a receipt because customers have loyalty accounts and purchases can be looked up online. Having an account usually means having account history!
It doesn't matter how detailed our self-made records get, and they ARE detailed - I am not made of money and can't fund 8 accounts between four people making purchases willy nilly. The fact is that the Apple receipts all come to me and Apple doesn't separate them according to which Vikings account a purchase was for. In fact, a single transaction ID covers anything in that group and can include purchases from several different apps. They don't separate them based on the device used and they don't even include the date the purchase was initiated, only the date it was finally processed which, like I said, could mean up to a week's worth of purchases between multiple accounts showing up on a single receipt. Plarium is the only entity involved that actually has access to that information, our else they wouldn't try to say the accounts don't match the receipts... Which, I will add, means that having to send them the receipt in the first place is really just a serious waste of time. They can see account purchase history and activity and we should be able to view it as well.

There is no way ... you should have a payment record from whatever company you used to pay but there is no record of what you bought. I always take a screenshot before I buy a pack so I know what I was supposed to get. I also record what I had before I bought to make sure I got what I ordered. I have never got just part of pack.
I have all of my records - always do what you do for the most part . My issue was that I purchased a bank offer but didnt receive anything from that offer . When I contacted support, they told me to look at what I had purchased . Thats it . Was not sure what they meant by that, my records , their records, google records, and so on . So I thought well I will do that but , is there a place to do that through plarium and the game as well. Thats why I asked the question, so I could look at all bases. .. Its all good , My records show that my bank paid no money out for this purchase from plarium. So the games bank offers had a glitch and didnt go through. I wish I would have taken a screenshot of the bank offer saying success of my purchase - cuz I was not charged for it , yet at the same time, I didnt receive the offer either. So it worked out. . Plarium needs to look into this before we all start getting free offers.
