It’s great idea, but for chiefs only. From personal experience on game chats and Line app I can tell with 99.99% accuracy more people = more problems, such as:
- some clans have got 20, some even 80 elders; some kingdoms got hundreds clans
- people don’t like each other in own kingdom, so it might become hate fest
- people talk too much if they can gather wider audience, so important informations will become impossible to fish out
- and so on, and so on...
To make this chat work better Plarium would need to extend retrospection time to at least 12 hours. And if you want more participants let chief invite ONE elder, no more.

I agree about not adding all elders. But many clans have a farm for chief most of the time. Maybe create a second-in-command post with all chief powers. This would also help the clans whose chief quits.
