Booster "Convoys to the Stronghold" is not working.

I recently bought a bank offer.

The purchase included a Stronghold extension of trading capacity by 350%.

The name of the Booster is "Convoys to the Stronghold".

Nothing changed after activating the Booster:

I lost 3 Booster while trying everything to get it work.

After contacting the support, I got this frustrating answer:

Please note that the Convoy to the Stronghold boost affects the amount of resources, which can be stored in the Resource Storage in the Clan Stronghold from a player who's sending them.

So, nowhere is this statement made when buying and later activating.

Bought also this package "Best Set for a Jarl" which contains this Boost. The same issue!!!!

Jarls don't buy this Bank Offer. The Boost did not work.

350% boost workd for me till I moved my base closer trying to speed things up. I lost the bonus and starting new 1s had nil effect. Bonus may be time (×1 every 24hrs?) sensitive. Poor instructions/communication from developer....feels like a rip!

Maintenance work of today:

Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The problem still exists.

Plarium apparently sells bank quotes that do not work.

Same for me. 350% boost workd after buying the pack. After buying resources to fill up, I lost the bonus.

Since then, the booster does not work even after several activations (even after 24 hours).
