The downtime is frustrating, but the most annoying part is that some players (who log in from their phone) can log in and raid all cities and resource locations occupied by those who cannot log in. This gives an unfair advantage to those who are not using a PC to log in. Even if we get a reward or some kind of compensation for the downtime, I am afraid that the balance will not be restored between those who were able to play and those who were not.
What is the point in buying a pack to improve my troops and resources if this can all be ruined in a few hours by other players who take advantage of the fact that I cannot move my troops or check if my bonuses have expired?
Update: I got a reply from the Plarium Support Team:
- We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are already aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Our technicians are doing their best to restore the game. Thank you.
It is nice to know that they acknowledge the issue.
