SH siege - game is not balanced and it is not fair

During cvc we started SH seige. We defeated all NPC troops and also we won all opponents t1 attacks (also on points). But we lost on points SH siege category. This is just not fair. Gambling again (as ubba gear upgrades and Helheim).

Support reply:

"Please note that there is randomization on marches attacking the Clan Strongholds. Therefore during the Siege different number of NPC troops may attack to two Clan Strongholds even if they are at the same level."

Vorrei chiedere qualcosa sul cvc. Come e possibile abbinare un clan con 33 giocatori contro un clan con 3 giocatori. Non mi dite dell'influenza, che e anche giusta questa cosa ma mettere 33 contro 3 e una cosa ingiusta. Gia si parte in svantaggio da parte del clan con soli 3 giocatori. Quindi per cortesia ragionate prima di mettere clan contro con molti giocatori non ce gioco gia in partenza.

Please note that the Clans Battle is a unique global Competition held between Clans from different Kingdoms. This Competition operates according to a special League allocation system and the allocation rules differ from other Competitions. You will be allocated to one of the Leagues according to the total Influence points held by all of your Clan members.
Below you can find the criteria of Leagues distribution that are actual at the moment.

The Clans Battle Competition:
- League of Rookies: 5 000 000 - 1 000 000 000 Influence points.
- League of Recruits: 1 000 000 001 - 15 000 000 000 Influence points.
- League of Warriors: 15 000 000 001 - 100 000 000 000 Influence points.
- League of Conquerors: 100 000 000 001 - 500 000 000 000 Influence points.
- League of Masters: 500 000 000 001 - 3 000 000 000 000 Influence points.
- League of Odin: 3 000 000 000 001 - 15 000 000 000 000 Influence points.
- League of Asgard: 15 000 000 000 001 of Influence points.
