As my town is only on level 32 this will be irrelevant for some time. While I appreciate that some concession has been made in allowing towns lower than lvl 40 to do this, it remains an option that is way off in the future.😢

I am not saying that the concession won't be welcomed by some, but as it was its importance was somewhat over sold.

For those players who reached level 40 would, apart from the fiddle, presently not have much use for a building speed bonus if they had nothing left to build.

Hey, I had a problem upgrading these gems because there is a little alteration in this game. I would pay for a paper if you are wil ling to help me with these upgrades. Hope to see more amazing stuff like this.
