Game does not load with Chrome on macOS Big Sur

I usually play at plarium.com with Chrome browser in macOS. I recently upgraded my Macbook from Catalina to Big Sur. The game stopped working with this upgrade even though the Chrome version remains the same. All I see is launch page with progress bar fully filled in blue by default. No progress percentage is shown and the game never moves to actual game from this launch page. I already tried all the usual tricks like clearing cache, cookies etc. with no luck. I have already raised a support ticket with plarium with screenshots of the problem. Also provided them with screenshots of browser console log and some relevant network traffic screenshots. Hope they fixes it soon. Can't really play much until this is fixed.

Looks like game breaks in Chrome due to WebGL not yet supporting Mac OS X 11 in browser's user agent. It only supports version 10.x, but not 11. Chrome correctly reports 11 as OS version where as Safari and Firefox continues to report incorrectly as 10, probably to keep the websites/games working. Thus games work in Safari and Firefox, but breaks in Chrome.

One workaround suggested is to manually override user agent in Chrome tab which runs the game by selecting Mac OS X 10 user agent from Chrome DevTools (More Tools -> Network Conditions -> User Agent, uncheck "Select automatically", select Chrome - Mac from the drop down). I verified that this works. However, this settings doesn't stick between game sessions and need to be done every time a new game tab is opened.

Apparently WebGL has now provided a fix in their latest releases and now it would be on game developers (Plarium) to use the latest WebGL version in their game.

Same here, except I get it with Chrome and Firefox both.  Plarium play works, but I miss my alts.
