help for newbie

I  just created an account, and it appears to have signed me in, but the blue bar underneath your logo is full and not moving. Consequently, I can not play. Please help!

It should go to 100% and let you start playing.Are you using Firefox? someone recently had trouble with Firefox.

Are you trying to use Edge ? Ivar says it doesnt opperate a necessary  system , even though I am told that Edge does use  this system.

You could also try Google Chrome.

Please make sure you have the latest version of Java libraries installed. In order to play in browser you have to use Java-compatible one.

Please try to clear the browser's cache.

Please make sure your antivirus and firewall doesn't conflict with your browser. 

You can also play in our official Plarium Play application.
