Same here. 70% and the splash screen stays on top over the game overlay. Over the past couple of weeks I have dropped a moderate amount of cash into the game, and now the inability to use the app has cost me any advantage I might have gained through it. I am less than pleased.

Same here.
The splash screen issue is gone, but the game is "choppy" and there are delays on any action you do.
