Does anybody have the same experience? After the last update (today) the "Help"-function isn't working anymore. None of our clan-members can do any help, although a lot of processes has been startet.

Funfact:
Only one member can give "Help", to some other members (not to all). All others can not, even not in clans menu. There are just no requests available, although they should be. Very strange.
Using app or browser makes no difference. Cache has already been cleared.
Just seen another complaint about help not working.
There's a difference between not working because its not functioning and not working because the help buttons missing.
Hi Jarls! Please ask your Clansmen to update the game to the latest version. The version of the game in Menu > About the game section should start with 5.2. Otherwise, the "Help" button will not work. You can update the game manually on its page in Google Play/AppStore.

I have just started new building and new knowledge. 1 help on building, and 0 on knowledge. My clansmates cannot see that I requested help, and those who can see my request, click help, and then get "no help given, no loyality points recievec .. ect (cant remember text) as if I finished my "stuff", and I dont recieve the help from that clansman.

Hi Ivar, all my clansmen are playing with the app (Windows app for PC), and the version in the app is 5.2.0.204. The game has been updatet automaticly by the app, yesterday.
Nevertheless, 4 out of 5 clansmen cannot give any help because they do not receive any requests.
It is also not understandable why the requests only appear or have appeared for the 5th player (we have not started any further processes today).
