Somewhat confused here.
Are you in a one man clan? Do you even have a stronghold?
I believe a stronghold cannot be shielded, and cannot be raided as such , except I don't know how the siege of the stronghold works , but if its just you there's no one to start it, and if there are others in your clan, they perhaps should either not start one, or be able to do it without you.

Unfortunately there isn't a way, you will get raided without out a shield,, though with preparation you may be able to minimise any potential losses.

I have seen players who have quit the game and shielded for hundreds of years so nobody will ever be able to hit them again, so just shield for a few months or as long as you plan to have a rest from the game for, Then just log in again in a few months time and if you decide to stop playing for longer just shield for a few months again, Simple.
