They didnt respawn last time.

They did, but as of today they haven't . It's a scam I think, since the cvc just began.

On their facebook page they explain they put so many tiles in ...so they respawn until they hit the limit of how many they give the kingdom OR until the time is up ...

Sorry it seems I was wrong, but was influenced by what I read on the forum, and by personal experience of not seeing any respawning around me.

When our kingdom had level 9s after the first fury, they didn't respawn once drained.
This week, we had level 8s, and they seemed to respawn once. If my math is correct, the amount of resources in the level 8s is half that of the level 9s. so you get the same amount overall.
Now if the game makers could put up a scoreboard during the competition so we know what's going on, that'd be great.
