Commander, you are absolutely right, the album is the same, as the one advertised on Soldiers Inc., this is also one of the worlds of Plarium. As for pics, I like this one, it reminds me of the Wasteland sky.

This might be a dumb question, but... couldn't I just leave the game open in the background on my computer if I want to listen to the music? Or are these different songs?

But it probably contains the theme songs from all 5 of Plarium's web browser games.
I wouldn't even want to have 5 games loaded and idle on my PC, much less 1, in its current condition... lol
