Opinion Needed! What limit for the JA is enough for you to be able to silence your opponents?

We need your opinion!

Emitters have been the sites of some of the greatest battles in the Wasteland! Just think about it: this is where your Offensive forces meet your enemy’s equally strong army and there is enough room for only one winner!

But what limit for the Joint Attack is enough for you to be able to silence your opponents?

Keep it at 100K

- Also smaller clans need the oppurtunity to keep a emitter.

- When big joint attacks used, a lot of players will no longer take emitters because there is no goal anymore to defend

@General T. Winters (10 February, 2016, 11:01 AM UTC):
I think 500K should be enough, but I also agree with Maniakaal's reasoning.

Perhaps there should be some type of distinguishing. (IE. clans with more than 5 level 3 or above Emitters have a 500K limit, otherwise they have a 100K limit)

I think 500k limit would be great, I've seen very few attacks using more than that.

I doubt the 100k limit really helps small clans, if you only have 10-15 million defense on an emitter 100k force is plenty to obliterate it.  It just prevents big clans from attacking each other's emitters, leaving them bored and with lots of troops to pick on smaller clans.

I'd say what the small clans need is teamwork (everybody sending defense instead of just the clan's leaders) and advice from experienced players on how to hold an emitter.

In  my  opinion   100k  will  be  all   right  .

but  it  will  be  great  if  100k  limits  is  increased  to  500k  during  emitter  takeover  tourneys

Remove the limit I'd say.

This is wasteland and Wasteland shows no mercy.

I read thouse limits and  i really cannot understand.

100k!?!?! 500k!?!?!?

Excuse-me this isn't even a single player attack against other person base. Most of ppl send more at tapsite!

Really, i cannot even remember when 500k stop to be a good force and become a pathetic amount of troops.

1.5 m atack on emmiter?!?!?!  That cannot even scratch.

Unless u mean 500k as a number of troops. Like 500k BC:))

Here is a link to my thread explaining the force limit. Please keep discussion on this thread, but you can read the other one if you don't know how the force limit works.  It's basically troop count, except some troops count as more than 1 (ie bcs are 4, dizzys are 3, etc).

Commander CK-BASILIUS ERRANT LE'REAPER, we just collected the players' opinion on this. Sure, our developers will consider the feedback and will make the decision. So it may happen sooner or later.

C'mon man, you have a great opportunity to cause some stir by sending 100k force in multiple JAs.

Try sending 150 mil offense worth of troopers one at a time over several days, I'm sure that will get their attention :P

The problem is, with the current battle mechanics you take far higher losses if you split your force into multiple attacks.  So attacking a 100 million defense emitter with 150 million offense, you might lose 60 million and take the emitter.  If you sent it 65 million at a time you'd lose 50 million of the first hit, 40 of the second, and take it on the third hit with about 25 million losses.  So overall you lost nearly twice as much offense.

Also, equally important, you don't get the cool screenshot of your army smashing the entire enemy force in one shot :P

Note: These figures are a rough estimate to demonstrate the point, not exact projections.

You're right, Commander, but I see some discrepancy in the figures. Anyway, we can use the conditions that we actually have. We'll see what goes later.
