Discount generator

The discount generator is broken for the last 12 day I have the same discount and many other the same. I have created a ticket 9 times and no response from Plarium at all.


This is so unfair some players have 80% off crystals for 12 days now while others have skin's.


Where else can I find help?

I've had the same discount a few times in a row, never 12 though.  I guess if it gets stuck on a discount you don't like then submit a ticket to support.  If it keeps giving you one you like then lucky you.

lol no i do that anymore i play it with no generator  we most always do the dirty work send a email to suport 

support can look here on this forum then they can see te bug reports and fix it 

i have my work done.... there is this forum for 

i hope it wil be fixed for summer holidays have a nice week and sleep well

lmao then that is ok with me i dont need that generator they want sel crystal  not me i am a customer 

lol 

a customer ask for help and he dont get it he most first do the dirty work 

they forget something they sell only not me anymore because i most contact support

dont understand why there is this forum ,as you can see warwas has made 9 tickets to our lovely and helpfull support team and got no respons and still you keep telling us to make tickets ...yeah sure.


let the support team read the forum maybe than this forum wil ad something to the game and we get better help.

let the support team read the forum maybe than this forum wil ad something to the game and we get better help.

You'd have to take that up with plarium leadership, nothing we can do about it here.  Many people have asked why the devs don't ever go on the forums, only answer I've seen was that they're too busy.

I still have no reply from Plarium or response. I was not asking Moderators to do anything just asking if we have another place to report issue's regarding Plarium? as this ticket system clearly does not work!

I have been very patient regarding this issue and yet all this time later 0 help from Plarium. I have all the proof of the ticket's and lack of reply from Plarium I just need to know who or where to send it all to?

In the hope of some kind of support/help leaving issue's like this unresolved is wrong.

As far as I'm aware there's nobody above support for you to contact.  I've told the CMs about the discount generator issue though, so it should be in the list of things to fix.

Still not working and is breaking fair play rules as some players are benefiting while other's are not.


Some player's have this discount generator stuck on 75% off troops while other's are stuck on useless one's like skin's so it's clear some are gaining from this bug while other's are at a loss.


From the start of this thread I have reported the bug to plarium weeks ago as of yet no reply no word of a fix nothing. 


As a long serving player I feel plarium should at the very least reply or the support ticket system is also not working?

Unfortunately, I don't have any information on how it will take to fix this issue. However, the only way to do it is to contact Support. They will check your account information and pass the necessary details to our devs.

Unfortunately, I don't have any information on how it will take to fix this issue. However, the only way to do it is to contact Support. They will check your account information and pass the necessary details to our devs.

If your ticket was in BUG reports category, you should have received a letter saying that the ticket will be closed and the info will be tested. If they need more details from you, they'll contact you. There's no need to create additional tickets for the same issue.

The ticket was submitted week's before I started this thread.


They closed the case saying they had all info needed and would fix if a bug was found.


Over two months later not fixed.


What is the point in this section of the forum if you can do nothing to help when plarium ignore's player's with bug issue's?


Yes the discount generator is still broken.


Some player's can clearly gain a unfair advantage with this bug while other's are at a loss.


This is against fair play as plarium know of the bug but have not fixed the bug.
