Unable to collect containers

When I go down my friends list I wait till the page has fully loaded but the containers round their sector only appear as blue squares


on most of the sectors it is all 3 containers but on some I get 1 container and 2 blue squares.

Operating system - windows 10

Browser - Firefox 48.0

Flash - Version 22.0.0.209


Cache has been cleared

We didn't have a game update yet. I'm not sure if it will be fixed with the closest one, but I know that our devs are working on it.
