Dear players,

It appears that some of you are still having difficulty accessing the games on plarium.com. You are experiencing these issues due to outdated information on the Domain Name System (DNS) servers.

Without going into detail on how the system works (you can learn about it here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_Name_System), there are two things you can do to fix the issue. You could either wait until various DNS providers update their information as to the current IP address of Plarium.com. Alternatively, you can configure your network settings to use Google Public DNS; it will help you access plarium.com immediately.

Note: Before you change your DNS settings to use Google Public DNS, be sure to write down the current server addresses or settings on a piece of paper. It is very important that you keep these numbers for backup purposes, in case you need to revert to them at any time.

Here is what you need to do to change your DNS settings:

1. Start menu

2. Type "CMD" and press "enter"

3. Type "control.exe /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter"

4. Click Change adapter settings on the left.

5. Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. For example:

to change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click Local Area Connection > Properties.

to change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click Wireless Network Connection > Properties.

6. Select the Networking tab, then select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click Properties.

7. If not already selected, select Use the following DNS server addresses option.

Enter the new DNS addresses, click OK, and close all other windows.

8. Click OK

8. Restart your browser. You should now be able to access the game.

Or .... you could just fix things on your side instead of making players do the work because you messed up ...

Server issues were fixed yesterday on our side. But some DNSs update information once in 3 days or so. That's why we recommend our players this solution.

And please be aware that it'n not on our side anymore, so there won't be any compensations for players who have DNS issue at the moment. We are unable to influence DNS settings, that's why we recommend to use Google DNS which is updated more frequently.

And please be aware that it'n not on our side anymore, so there won't be any compensations


what compensation ? i have members in my clan who could not log in wile they where in there 88 days of daily login .....finaly today they could login and it whas al reset to day 1 .......


the daily mission whas scr.... becouse of plariums problems with there servers so what compensation .......i havnt seen anything.


also your comunication to your costumers is sh.. wen plarium servers are down no one of plarium is able to tel us its 2016 not 1996

Please don't worry. We will restore the Loyalty progress for all players who could not login on the 4th of May. They will also receive their rewards for Day 89, 90, etc.

Plarium.com homepage is not working properly,its been 4-5 days happened i couldnt logged in for a while, is there any solutions to solve it? i tried using google dns address, still not working.
