hello plarium what should I do with fortresses as a reward if you don't have that many troops yet? I have more fortresses than troops. I don't think that's a good thing.I thought the reward was good, it should be a balance.

Yep, either build (or buy or win from events/infests) more units, or just send the fleets into infests. They do have a substantial res value so you can trade them for regular units in the infests.

Do not worry your [ay oput will come
Infests have a tax (approx 2-3%) so if you do too many of them you'll lose a lot of troops. But if you send some of your fleets to the infests you'll get back regular troops to support the rest of the fleets.
