Using forum chat, e.g. Going to a person's profile, then clicking on 'message' ...

Is giving me "You seem to be offline. We're trying to reconnect now.".

Are there any issues currently ongoing with Plarium forum chat?

Update / followup: Tested to another player, messages are getting through, despite the noted error message.

The yellow message noted disappears within a few seconds.


Lacking a 'message sent' or 'reconnection successful' type message, it isn't clear, given the message, that automatic re-connection and re-attempt to send was successful. YMMV.

No, in that the message does go through. 

Yes, in that the error message still pops up.

Yes, in that there is no indication subsequent attempts were made and (eventually) succeeded.

I don't have the same issue when messaging somebody, so can't repeat to take more detailed information. Clarify please is the issue repeating after reloading the page, clearing cache? Also, is the issue with the popping-up error still actual after few days?

I need this information to forward it to our technicians. Thank you in advance! 🙏

Sometimes I also now get :

Clicking 'Try again' makes it go away - which is nice in the sense of positive feedback that success occurred. Nice.

As opposed to the originally reported issue, which still happens

Seems to be every time. But, I don't forum chat often - so I can't speak to when it does/n't happen in terms of hours or day times.

It seems every time for me, but it can be days or more between times I use it.

[I tend to use Discord more. Forum msg is useful to remind people of an outstanding question to a forum msg they made.]

The only real issue I have with this yellow error is there is no indicator of retry / success when it occurs. That is why the 'Try again' above is appreciated - I click it, the message doesn't come back (as I presume it would if the initial failure reoccurred), so I know I'm good to go.

I don't have the same positive feedback response with the other.
