The game loads, then connection drops and I can't restart for 10 minutes. I tried rebooting my PC, clearing cache, resetting my internet router. Nothing helps.

The game was starting to lag and drop over an hour ago for me.
On the bright side it isn't only me that is affected by this.
Though it does suck as it looked like i was going to do well with my two +75% yielding boosts.

when it does come back on, can not move around map as there is nothing there but green....still cant open messages or watchman...then get booted again. Reload gets stuck on 80% with the video playing in back ground

I don't think this is a personal issue to you man. 6 others that i chat with have all said the same, all started about 90 minutes ago from now

well played plarium. you wanted to steal more money and you will loose a lot of players because of many bugs, misleading offers from the bank, dishonesty of customer service and the incompetence of your computer designers....

Well no connection, 80% load for me as well, all above posts are the same as mine. Hate to say it, but this is really got to be fixed. We are all going to lose RSS and troops. Sure we can rebuild, but at what cost. Will Plarium pay for the losses NO we do.

This is an absolute joke now...been going on for a couple of hours...plarium is happy to bombard us with `offers` to take cash...and cant fix a bug that prevents us from playing the game!!!
They always say in support emails they do not offer compensation...what sort of product is this when we are constantly paying and they do not compensate their customers for the losses incurred by their server problems???

Please like this message so this petition is signed by the community of the concerned Plarium customer.
We, the players DEMAND a compensation for the lost access to the game due to technical difficulties Plarium servers have experienced that caused players 1) to lose their armies due to inconsistent lack of access to the game to one part of players and randomly denying access to another 2) we decline to believe that Plarium intentionally caused this technical issue that allowed some players to login and destroy smaller players who couldnt put their shield back due to lack o access to the game, however the damages plarium technical dificulties caused to the community are cognizable are require an immediate compensation.
therefore, we ask
1) That Plarium refunds all payments but doesnt forfeit any of the resources and purchases made during last 48 hours that players made in expectation in participation in the Dominion event.

This ongoing problem is something that we as paying customers should have recourse to compensation of some sort. Plarium is a business and like all businesses responds to customer complaints - as long as enough customers do so. WE NEED TO BAND TOGETHER if we want action from Plarium. This connectivity problem has gone on for hours and many of us will be hit hard in the game with significant real-world financial implications.

dont forget to take screen shots to send to support of any losses incurred...when you eventually get back on game
ctrl + prt screen will be saved to pictures>screenshots (just for anyone that isnt sure how to do it)
I expect the banking/credit card system will still be working just fine
