I still see them, e.g. Devotee and Adviser.

I have had same happen, with gems too, when I use them all up. (Pretty rare, you have to have exactly the right number for a whole number of legendary, then apply them to gear.)

If you go into rune workshop, you can use the drop down to deselect all and select training - you won't see anything listed if you don't have any.

[They must still be present, or you wouldn't see the training 'category' in the drop down list.]
