Plarium forces gamers to use their application otherwise they will not be able to log in to play?

Several players experienced the same issue recently that they were not able to log in as they got error messages repeatedly while trying to log in the game! When they wrote to Plarium for help the answer was to download their applicationif they want to play... WHY PLARIUM FORCES PEOPLE DOWNLOADING THEIR APPLICATIN??! That is very unethical'

They don't.

I have never used their app, and likely won't. I don't use the phone, either. Different browsers and different OS' have always worked for me.

(Sometimes you have to wait a day for the load levels to drop down / wait for the CDN to update / use a proxy / clear data/files, but this doesn't seem to be an issue given your message.)
