Missing Marshall

Hi I am in a league which I like except the leagues Marshall hasn't logged on for 3 months and none of his deputies have logged on for almost a year I am the highest leveled member in the league and as much as I like helping the lower leveled active members of the league it is difficult without any of the privileges that the Marshall has I have tried messaging him and the deputies for ages now but I don't get a response

Hi, friend.

Please, contact Support team - only they can change marshal in league due to lack of.

I already have 2 days ago and I haven't got a reply yet how long does it normally take to get a response from the support team

Greetings. Sometimes it takes up to several days to respond. It depends on the number of tickets received by our Support Team. 

Could you please tell me if you have received their reply by now? If not, please check your Spam folder, as some of our letters may be filtered by your email provider.

If you did not receive the answer yet, please give me the ticket ID so I could check the progress.

I am having the same issue however when I choose contact us and select game play it states that they will not open a ticket and instead refers me to the forum.
