I'm finding huge performance issues with the game app lately.  I use a Macbook Pro on Big Sur, v11.4.  I'm running wirelessly and Speedtest.net rates my download typically around 15-33Mbps and upload from 7-10 Mbps.  When I launch the game it may just open a window with the logo and do nothing, or it may show the progress bar and go to 99% and just hang.  I've tried rebooting, cut power to the modem for 30 sec., etc.  If the game does launch, many of the graphics may be missing- no button but you can see the "OK," or I can click the link to a contact and it will go to the map but not display any castles, for example.  Very frustrating.  Sometimes in the very early morning it will work well for a few minutes and then start lagging and stalling.  Any ideas of what else to try?
