gold passes and levellers

i bought a gold pass and 10 stage leveller  i got 750 gems but nothing else works i have tried deleting and re-installing the game and still nothing  i have tried to buy again but the gold pass thing you click on say's at credit card details that i am buying 750 gems again but no gold pass ????

I have same issue. I clicked on the prominent topmost offer. I sent in a support ticket. I hope the issue gets fixed as I want to check out the Gold Pass.

it worked in stormfall age of war on all 3 servers, it seems only on here there is always problems ...:))

Same issue here sent in support ticket so we will see. And the still have not fixed the troop icon glitch where Plarium Play users see whirling balls instead of the troop icons.

These should be fixed. I bought a gold pass yesterday to see if it still was not working properly and mine works. Where are you seeing the 750 sapphires?

I was seeing the 750 sapphires at checkout where you enter your payment information. Today it says "Details" where it used to say 750 sapphires.  Still no response from support about getting the item I actually ordered and paid for.

It will take some time to get a reply back from Support team, so please wait. We cannot do anything from here.

So the response now from tech support is that this is a non-issue. We got our sapphires instead of gold passes and end of story. NOT HAPPY with this. I voluntarily jumped in to test the new thing and get something else instead of what I wanted to buy. As I said in my support ticket, IF I wanted to buy sapphires, I would have bought a deal with troops and THOUSANDS of sapphires for $9.99 vs $4.99 for 750 sapphires. I feel ripped off. Sorry, just venting. Not the end of the story I expected at all.


Receiving items equal to what you paid for DOES NOT equal receiving what you actually were paying for. I did not receive what I was trying to buy. As a web developer, I test my ecommerce pages everytime I publish a new one. I want what I was buying not what your error caused me to buy. I was not in the market to buy sapphires at that time, I wanted a gold pass. I clicked on your brand new top of the offers item for a gold pass and I did not get what I wanted to buy. Simple story. How is that not an error on your part?
