as far i know the bg banks has not been deleted or reseted. at this moment my bgs works as they should
if you dont receive a payout, sure ur bank is not ready for it so keep trying and good luck sure u will receive a huge one.

There was the issue with entering the game yesterday. This issue was reported to devs and it was fixed pretty fast.
