PROBLEM WITH COMBINING CRYSTAL SHARDS--THEY AREN'T COMBINING...
YOUR CRYSTAL SHARDS AREN'T WORKING. I JUST COMBINED A WHOLE BUNCH OF SHARDS AND WAS LEFT WITH THE SAME SHARDS AS I HAD BEFORE--NO IMPROVEMENT. PLEASE FIX!

First up, Shouting wont help at all.
Now, Have you upgraded your sanctum of shards to level 10??

Hi lords! Sometimes, it's hard to keep track of you Crystals when you have many of them. The easiest way to see what you had before combining and what you get after it, is making screenshots. Also, it's important to remember which button you press: "Combine all" or "Combine two". So, take a look how it works in my example:
- four lvl 3 crystals merged into two lvl 4 crystals
- two lvl 4 crystals merged into one lvl 5 crystal
- two lvl 5 merged into one lvl 6
- my old lvl 6 and new lvl 6 merged into one lvl 7
- two lvl 2 merged into one lvl 3
