if im not wrong i think every draw has its time to sell all the tickets. i think if this time finish without selling all tickets then the draw is cancelled and begin a new one. i think you should have ur saphs back as the draw was cancelled

all this is if not wrong so lets wait to an agent to confirm this part

At the moment, our Forum devs are working on the Plarium Technical Agent role which will be assigned to Pavel and other Support agents who are working on the Forum.

There is no designation on his profile, unlike yours or Juglar's

Maybe they should have thought about this before posting

Another slip that does not exactly fill us with confidence :(

If the lottery is time sensitive then it should be fitted with a count-down clock and a full announcement made in-game

I also think these secret answers via private messages are not helpful either, unless a full explanation is given on the original posts
