Battle Coordinates Glitch

For the past couple of weeks when checking reports in the Grand Marshall when clicking on "battle coordinates" it often takes you to the previous castle you were at and the only way to fix this is to refresh your browser


This does not ALWAYS occur but more often than not lately

You are partially correct. Normally you can wait a few seconds an d the graphics will catch up. The game lag is causing the problem. In the case of visiting this is not a real problem but when you are raiding besieging or liberating it can be far too long a delay and cause large troop losses. its not a player issue its a game issue so why would i submit at ticket? here we go again making the players do your work for you - partially correct? It takes a few second to view reports and perform whatever action I intend to perform based on the report so it should update - this has only been an issue for the past few weeks not since the game started.


also when a castle teleports it doesn't update when it should nor does it update in real time when someone puts up a Weor's protection and this has always been an issue - having to refresh to actually see what happens real time in the game is unacceptable

Hello.

A bug can be reported either by me/moderator or by a player who is facing it. 

When you report a bug on Forum and we can reproduce it, you don't need to report it to our Support Team as I can do it.

But in this situation, as you said, this issue doesn't occur all the time, that's why it's hard to reproduce it from my end.

When you face it again, you need to make screenshots and send all details and info to Support Team. They'll check it.
