There are many new players (on untamed lands) who have built 3 barns and 3 warehouses.
This is obviously another bug. The requirement to reach level 20 is broken.

If that is true then we should all have been notified - This must have been a recent change but kept secret?
Frankly, I think this is a very bad idea - what is the point of building extra barns and warehouses when new players only have level 1 farms, townhouses and mines?
We have many new players joining us from Armor Games server who now have more barns and warehouses than other resource buildings - Utterly stupid - http://armorgames.com/stormfall-age-of-war-game/17968
No doubt you are hoping that these new players will all buy thousands of sapphires to upgrade all barns and warehouses to level 25

I imagine that this change was made to help facebook players
Each warehouse and barn on facebook will auto-protect 50% of its resource capacity so it could be helpful to create extra storage units and upgrade them all - They do not need to upgrade their catacombs.
Here on plarium.com we have to upgrade our catacombs, but only get 18k protection.
As you can imagine, the facebook players have much better protection than we do.
